How can we help?

Where? ECHO Weekender will take place at Waddow Hall, Waddington Road Clitheroe. When arriving at the event please use the main entrance on Waddington Road, there will be a separate vehicle and pedestrian entrance.

When? ECHO Weekender will take place on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd August 2026.

Opening Times Saturday 22nd - 12pm - 10pm Sunday 23rd - 12pm - 10pm

Can I leave and come back? No, we won't be offering pass outs for ECHO Weekender.

How old do I need to be to attend? There is no age limit on any of the days for ECHO Weekender but all under 18's need to be accompanied by an adult aged over 21, if you look younger than 21 please bring ID.

Will I need ID? We operate a challenge-25 policy at all Bars, if you look younger than 25, please bring ID - Passport, Drivers License or PASS card.

How much are tickets? All prices can be found on our 'tickets' page.

Can I buy a weekend ticket? Yes, see 'tickets' page for full details and prices.

Is the event outside? Yes, ECHO Weekender is an outdoor, open air event, please dress accordingly.

Will the event go ahead if it rains? Absolutely, we are in Lancashire after all! (If you attended last year you will know the answer to this already)

Can I bring an Umbrella? Yes, small umbrellas will be allowed into the festival, please don't bring golf umbrellas, parasols, tents or wind breaks as these can affect visibility for other attendees. Any of these items will be removed by security.

Can I bring chairs? Yes, we encourage you to bring camping chairs/deck chairs and picnic blankets to keep you comfortable throughout the day.

Can I camp at the Festival? Waddow Hall will be offering camping over the weekend, please contact them directly on info@waddowhall.com

Can I bring my own food? Sadly not but we have a selection of excellent food traders on site.

Can I bring my own drink? Again sadly not but we have fully stocked bars with alcoholic and soft drinks for the whole weekend.

What food will be on offer? We will have a range of street food vendors including pizza, greek, BBQ and Mexican.

What drinks will be on offer? We will have a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available from multiple bars over the weekend.

Will there be allergy free options? We will have a wide range of traders on site with us who will be providing lots of choice of food but if you have a specific allergy please get in touch with us on info@echoweekender.co.uk and we can discuss this further.

Can I apply to be a trader? Absolutely, please get in touch on info@echoweekender.co.uk

Where is the entrance to the festival? Please use the main entrance on Waddington Road to enter the festival, there will be a separate vehicle and pedestrian entrance, please follow the signs.

Can I park at the festival? We will only be offering on-site disabled parking across the weekend.

If I can't park at the festival where can I park? We recommend using 1 of several pay and display car parks within Clitheroe Town Centre and then walking to Waddow Hall. There is places to drop off/pick up. SUNDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER CAR PARK PASSES SOLD OUT.

Can I leave my car over night? No cars are to be left at the festival over night.

Will there be coaches offering travel? No we will not be providing coach travel.

Can I get a taxi to the festival? Yes we will have a dedicated drop off and pick up zone.

Can I walk to the festival? Yes, in fact we recommend it. We will have a dedicated pedestrian entrance near the main entrance to Waddow Hall. Please take care if walking from Clitheroe whilst crossing the Waddington Road bridge. From the centre of Clitheroe to Waddow Hall it's around a 30 minute walk.

Can I get a train to the festival? Yes, there is a train station in Clitheroe with regular trains from Manchester. From Clitheroe Train Station to Waddow Hall it's around a 30 minute walk or there are also regular buses.

Is there a bus route to Waddow Hall? Yes, there is either the 66 or the 67 buses from Clitheroe Bus Station that will pass Waddow Hall.

Can I bring a bag? Yes we will allow small bags to be brought into the event.

Can I bring flags or banners? No, we will not permit flags or banners into the festival, this is to help all attendees get an uninterrupted view of the stage.

Can I bring animals or pets? Animals and pets are not permitted with the exception of registered assistance animals.

Can I bring sun cream? Yes, but no glass bottles please.

Do you have disabled facilities? Yes, but please be aware that the event is on a field with uneven ground. There will be disabled road access into the event as well as disabled facilities.

Is there anywhere to charge my phone? Sadly not.
